🍕 New Year, New Builds - Pizza & Projects Night
When: Thursday, January 15th, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Where: General Assembly, Manhattan
What to Expect: Low-key vibes, pizza, and getting back to building
Shake off the holiday rust and kick off 2026 with the NYC no-code community. This is your low-key invitation to show up, grab some pizza, and get back to building.
No agenda. No presentations. Just you, your laptop, fellow builders, and whatever project you've been putting off (or just thought of).
What's happening:

- Co-working space with builders who get it
- Help when you're stuck, ideas when you need them
- Zero pressure, maximum productivity

Got goals for 2026? Stop talking about them. Build the tool you need to actually achieve them.
We're heading to the Base44/Wix offices for a hands-on building session where you'll get enough free credits and mentorship to create whatever you need to crush your goals this year. Whether that's a habit tracker, project planner, content calendar, or workout log, you've been putting off for the last few months, come build it with the community.
The Mission: Build and ship a working app before you leave at 8pm. No fluff, no endless tutorials. Just you and our community, using Base44's no-code platform to ship in one night.
What's happening:
- Hands-on building with Base44's no-code platform
- The Base44 team on-site handing out credits and helping you build and troubleshoot
- A room full of builders all shipping together
- A working tool you can actually use starting January 30th

🎉 Pocket Conference: We Did Something Special
November 22nd was our biggest event ever, and you showed up in a massive way.
The Numbers:
- Tons of builders throughout the day
- No-Code, Low-Code, Vibe Code, and even Mac Shortcuts on display!
- Event ran 10am-4pm (but nobody wanted to leave, we finally got the last folks out at 4:45pm)
What Happened: The energy was incredible. Every speaker received an amazing reception. The Q&As ran long (thankfully we padded the schedule). People made real connections and LinkedIn was buzzing with new posts and follow-ups for days after.
We watched builders meet collaborators, find their next hire, discover tools that changed their workflow, and leave inspired to build bigger.
The Holiday Card Moment: At the end of the event, we had everyone write themselves an encouraging note on a holiday card, something to remind their future self what they were feeling in that room. They addressed it to themselves, and they should be arriving this week in people's mailboxes. A little piece of November magic arriving when you need it most.
